The requirements for the ideal candidate for the position of Loco Driver will be: 

Operate diesel powered locomotives.
Experience of operating small locomotives.
A basic mechanical understanding, be able to  understand signals   and the safe use of locomotives as these will be puling rolling stock with heavy concrete segments.
Training certificates showing previous experience would be an advantage.
